Well... let me say what I think of 3,4,5 and 6, 'cause I can't see what 1 and 2 could possibly be. Where's everybody to help??

6. The President appeared at a rally in Washington to make a PLEA for his new economic plan. / To make a plea can be to make an appeal, or to make an excuse, or even to ask for support. The specific meaning would depend on the context in this case.
Now 1 and 2.... tough! With 1, I'd say,
1. I really did not study that much for the test. I just have a KNACK for the right answers. / That would fit the context, but the correct answer starts with 'n', so I don't know what it could be.
And 2, "He was really afraid of being caught, so he did a _________.", for me is the most difficult one! I thought of "a runthough", which can mean to make a review, check things again, practice... but I'm pretty sure that's not the correct answer.
Well that's that, did I get any of them right?

Let me try to help you a bit more:
