European meals are normally composed by one type of meat and three or more vegetables. I believe this is roast beef with roast potatoes and these two ingredients make a perfect combination.

Great contribution, Simone!!!

You will be awarded five medals for it, even though the answer is only partially correct! That means five other medals are still up for grabs for any contributor (including yourself) who comes up with the correct name for the portion which accompanies the roast beef. The initials for this portion are "Y" and "P"

In the meantime, Y'all keep on blogging!!

Is it Yorkshire pudding? I thought it was some kind of dessert, but I've just dicovered it's a kind of cream made of milk, eggs and flower which is baked in hot fat and some say that's the perfect partner to roast beef.

Absolutely correct, Simone!!!

As for all the rest of you contributors...

Keep on blogging!!!
