SO, we have: to pronounce, to mispronounce, pronunciation, mispronunciation, pronounceable, unpronounceable. A pronouncement would be an official announcement, different meaning.

The examples are:
1) water gauges
2) a water gauge
In fact, Deborah, two different words should complete the gaps, neither of which being water.
